I initially worked on project for Robert Dyas to redesigns of their Careers website, which was rolled out across the brands in the
Theo Paphitis Retail Group (Ryman, Boux Avenue, Robert Dyas and the London Graphic Centre), a private group of businesses owned by its Chairman, Theo Paphitis, one of the UK’s most high profile business leaders.

The project consists of: a Recruitment Manager, a Marketing Manager, a UX/UI Designer and any Frontend work was outsourced to an outside agency

Theo Paphitis Retail Group

Robert Dyas has traded since 1872 and was acquired in 2012. The business has a strong Home,
DIY & Garden brand with just under 100 stores in the South of England.

The first Ryman store opened in London in 1893, and the business was purchased by Theo in 1995. He subsequently purchased
Partners and Stationery Box to build a truly national stationery chain with over 200 stores from St Andrews to Penzance.

Boux Avenue launched from scratch in 2011 and offers a range of lingerie, nightwear and swimwear with a very strong focus on quality, excellent
service and product expertise. We have 28 stores across the UK and our flagship store opened in London’s Oxford Street in November 2015.

The London Graphic Centre, based in Covent Garden and a leading retailer of materials to the art and design community,
was established in 1973 and acquired by Theo in October 2016.
