Establishing Scalable User Testing Practices
To foster alignment and consistency across teams, I led monthly cross-functional user testing sessions in collaboration with Growth, UX Research, and Brand Design. This initiative created a shared framework for user testing, ensuring that insights were not only actionable but also closely aligned with overarching business objectives.
Building on this foundation, I developed tailored onboarding materials for emerging brands, enabling them to adopt proven testing practices quickly. I also facilitated targeted training sessions on A/B testing methodologies and RICE prioritisation, empowering teams to make data-driven decisions.
By leveraging tools, we were able to uncover key user behaviour patterns and rapidly implement optimisations, delivering measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
