Project

Website Redesign for Iglucruise.com homepage. An independent award-winning online travel agency specialising in cruises.

Research

Watch user behaviour videos and heatmaps, using Hotjar in order to understand the problem. Analyze competitors websites to in order to develop layout solutions.

UX Research methods for the product life cycle: All the Agile sprint planning tickets will have User stories in JIRA. Use these to work out the user journey/user flow of scenarios, in which a user might interact with the design. Create User testing script for the prototypes in workshops with Google, CX partners or remotely online using Userlytics

In the workshop the User will go through the journey from Homepage > Search > Cruise products page > Online booking application from start to finish.

Once you tested several users have been tested you will notice patterns to update and then work out how to implement solutions in business priority order.

We have previously run User Interviews and Gorilla testing at Iglu Cruise Holiday Shows.
